Additional Tuning Installation (by seke757 and Mad Driver)

1. Using Spark or Alci's IMG Editor 1.5 open gta3.img archive (#:\Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas\models\)
ADD ALL new files from mod's folder to gta3.img (from exh_a_ds.dff to wg_r_c_ds.dff) 
Save all changes and make rebuild of gta3.img (Actions -> Rebuild)

2. Open veh_mods.ide (#:\Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas\data\maps) and ADD this new lines, using FREE ID:

4. Open carmods.dat (#:\Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas\data\), find on top of the file section "link" and ADD new lines in alphabetical order:
wg_l_a_ds, wg_r_a_ds
wg_l_c_ds, wg_r_c_ds
(before line "end")

Afterwards, find line "alpha" and paste this line:
alpha, exh_a_ds, exh_c_ds, fbmp_a_ds, fbmp_c_ds, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw, rbmp_a_ds, rbmp_c_ds, rf_a_ds, rf_c_ds, spl_a_ds_b, spl_c_ds_b, wg_l_a_ds, wg_l_c_ds

5. Install Open Limit Adjuster and Fastman92 Limit Adjuster (together!)
- Open Limit Adjuster
no changes in III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster.ini
- Fastman92 Limit Adjuster
find the following lines in Fastman92limitAdjuster_GTASA.ini
; Count of killable model IDs (vehicles/peds) (800)
; In game there's an array CDarkel::RegisteredKills and it stores the number of registered kills for model IDs.
; Model IDs that may be killed are vehicles/peds.
; Default value of 800, means that 0-799 is valid ID for ped/vehicle.
;
; In short, this value will affect the max possible ID for ped/vehicle.
Count of killable model IDs = (example: 3239) next free ID after yours, it means your ID (3238) + 1

!Save all changes when you finish!

6. If you want to see new tuning parts names, you need to put file alpha.fxt in cleo\cleo_text folder located on your game directory.
You must install CLEO 4 Library for properly working!

7. Launch the game and play!
